I don't think so. The car was stopped in the middle of the road. Boeheim saw the car and swerved and hit the guy standing on the shoulder. Unfortunate but probably not anything he could have done differently.

I don't think so either. He was not driving under the influence. How does anyone respond in that situation? I hate it for all parties involved.
