With the exception of the last white truck, every single moving vehicle should be ticketed for driving too fast for the conditions. It’s an iced over unplowed road in white out conditions. Your options are slow down, get off the road, or kill somebody.

That's PARTIALLY true. It's obvious that's the case in this video. Here's the other side.
There's just as much danger from people being so scared of a little snow that they decide to drive 20 mph SLOWER that the rest of traffic.
I don't know how many accidents and near accidents I've seen because traffic is going along smooth and safe then come up on some d-bag white knuckle afraid of the weather, barley moving. It's hard enough to judge speed and distance when people are doing about the same speed without having to deal with a sloth in a car.

Nothing worse than someone with “4 wheel drive” or all wheel drive that doesn’t understand that simply means you can lose control of all 4 instead of just two.
Tried to tell my brother that one evening, we ended up in a ditch about 2ft from a 36” round oak.
“I’m good, I got four wheel drive”.
No, numbnuts, you’re not good.

True, but if you aren't going too fast for conditions, you should be able to slow down 20 mph temporarily until you can get around them. I'm more worried about the people that think they're invulnerable.

yup....dippos believe it's a tank with horsepower...
the key to the whole deal is maintaining flow as conditions mandate....
