Kent better than Toledo? That would be a tough sell

You can't put Kent ahead of Toledo right now considering they just lost at home to BG by 22

Rocket fans should not panic, its still a great team that will not be playing first round campus site games.

It's strange to see MAC home teams went a combined 1-5 in round 1 of conference play.

EMU @ Ball State , Cardinals by 20
Toledo @ Buffalo , Bulls by 17

Good call on those 2 games. Ball state absolutely confused by the zone. How about those bulls. I thought I was over the top with 17 but ouch. Buffalo is a legit top 10 to top 15 team

Second game in a row Toledo looked terrible. I would have had Buffalo somewhere in the 15-20 range heading into this game and that's where I still have them. What has changed is I'm sliding Toledo way down my MAC power rankings. EMU gave both UB and Ball St tougher games than Toledo.

What an unbelievable win by EMU. When Jackson plays well, EMU is a different team. Huskies and Chips lead MAC west. Take a photo of that while it lasts

When we don’t have two lane cloggers in there at the same time and run double high screens, Jackson is lethal. Wish our coach realized that.

But this was a big win for us. Minnie was all-around stellar, and we usually go as he goes.

THAT was one of the best MAC games I have personally witnessed. Akron's D is good enough to stay in any game, and there were players on both teams making some jaw-dropping shots, at times.

I expect a lot of finishes this year like we saw last night in Mount Pleasant and Muncie. I thought Ball St and Toledo would be a little ahead of the pack and spots 4-10 in the MAC would be a cluster f***, but as of right now it looks like spots 2-9 will be crowded (sorry Ohio, Miami, and WMU).
