Really? I thought it was when the MSM was running with Electoral Voters would switch and vote for Hillary, even though Trump won the State in question. LOL.

nope.
I have always believed conviction in the Senate was a stretch, and even more so with the additional 2 republican seats, but the events of the last week have pointed to fire being where there has been smoke. Trump and his arrangements with the Russians, Wikileaks, etc is going to consume his Presidency and even if he is not convicted by the Senate, his chances of winning re-election in 2020 is becoming more and more remote and he will be likely be facing indictment the day he is no longer protected by the office.

Anyone?
I would support a pardon for Manafort (and some others, too) and am ready for it to happen ASAP.

Define “trouble”. I mean, he’s had crummy poll-ratings going back to before 09th November 2016. No reason to think that will ever change.
I do wish someone would tee up one of those YouTube compilations that show the usual suspects repeating — week after week, month after month — the same chants about The Beginning of the End, and how The Walls Are Closing In, and how Today Is A Turning-Point.

Impeachment in the House, and possible conviction in the Senate.
He will soon be facing real charges from a credible prosecutor and his continued actions point to guilt. If he is able to hide behind his party... and he is not loved by many of the Senators who are forced to support him... and stave off a conviction....then the real allegations coming directly from behind the podium from Bob Mueller and not a faceless antagonist, will cripple his support in the Midwestern s states of MI, WI, and PA that he barely carried in the first place.
The reality of an indictment of Donald Trump in January of 2021 are increasing exponentially each day with each whacked out action from this President.

Trump being in trouble has nothing to do with being impeached.
This is the most accurate thing I've seen you write in a while.
I listened to a very interesting discussion of impeachable offenses the other day. Turns out "high crimes and misdemeanors" is a VERY flexible concept.
