Sister Jean, Little Mariah meet for Sweet 16 Rematch
2 stars of March Madness meet again as 9-year-old Little Mariah made the trip to see an old friend 99-year-old Sister Jean as Nevada and Loyola replay their 1-point Sweet 16 thriller on Sister Jean Court in Chicago (first all-mid-major Sweet 16 matchup since Wichita/George Mason in ‘06?).

Last spring’s runs have brought in a financial windfall for both schools. Nevada has drawn 10k+ to each home game as they’ve chewed up opponents with 86, 83, 87, 90, 96, and 110 points in 5 double-digit wins. The Wolfpack have surpassed 8k STH’ers in Reno.

Loyola has scored 17% more visitors to its campus, funded a practice facility, and increased STH’ers by 275% while Sister Jean opened a record-breaking bobblehead line and was a special guest of Bill Clinton.
