Rice sophomore Lourdes Vivas de Lorenzi will compete on Saturday morning at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Madison, Wisconsin.

The women's 6,000 meter (~3¾ miles) race will start at 10:45 and will be streamed live via FloTrack.

Really good effort. She finished 4th among the 18 women from the South Central Region - ahead of all runners from the University of Texas, and the best finish of the 4 at-large South Central competitors.
