It's truly amazing to me that these schools have played just 10 games in 100+ years, and OSU hasnt been to Cincinnati in 98 years. I hope we do what we did to Navy football to OSU on Wednesday night and treat them the way they deserve

It's hard to command much attention for college basketball this early in the season, but this game deserves lots of conversation locally given the storylines this article suggested. Will we see that in the local media? I'm skeptical, even though I thought the coverage for the renovated Fifth-Third was pretty decent last week.

I'm glad it's happening; just wish it could have been a year sooner. I'd feel a lot better with Clark, Washington and Evans out there to anchor the scoring. Here's hoping we have some new heroes to talk about Wednesday night.

I know it is the OSU game, but I don't really pay attention until football season is over. Especially this football season!

I for one am always in the mood for basketball and Buckeye bashing.

Wake up people. We have a chance to stick it to THE Ohio Scandal University. They don't come often.

My experience has been that many OSU football fans don't give a flip about the school's basketball team; especially when they believe they may still be in the hunt for a spot in the College Football Playoff. There have been plenty of empty seats @ Value City Arena in recent years.

I've known more than a few folks who claim to be Bearcat basketball fans and OSU football fans--crazy as that sounds.
