I wouldn't say all season. There were definitely games where it was obvious that Milton was told not to run. Sc St and Memphis were two definite ones.

If his ankle and shoulder are hurt as rumored, I don't think there is enough time in the middle of the season to get right.

And those would make sense as he's run less and throws are off.

First, I have no idea why this is such a big deal to ECU fans.

Second, it's even on the Rivals free board. Go over there and look before you're so sure that NO ONE could have this type of information before a game.
