If UAB makes noise in CUSA, that might be a pretty big indictment on CUSA itself. They were awful today...looked like a Blake Anderson coached team.

UAB won 8 games last year and returns a ton of starters.

I honestly thought they'd be an upper-tier CUSA team. Now I have no idea. I honestly wasn't impressed with UAB against SSU. They could very well make noise in conference, though.

ESPN projected UAB to win 8 games this season including an easy W against Coastal. So. Miss was projected to win 6 games so I'm going to go with Coastal's win over UAB as being a bigger upset and ULM winning a toss up game.

No, your win is far bigger. Most people thought UAB might legitimately challenge for that league this year. Southern Miss was going to have to work to get to a bowl, and that was with a projected win over ULM

What happened is, for some reason half of CUSA completely overlooked ULM, and convinced themselves that the Eagles were the far better team.

ABSOLUTELY!!! OBVIOUSLY C-USA is a weak league and UAB should probably sweep their fellow Coozers in conference play 05-stirthepot
