Jones gets sacked. Hopefully he develops a clock and takes off and runs like Ellington did the other night after taking a few sacks early.

That is not a clock issue... Our Oline is just NOT looking improved this year.

He really doesn't. But with that line in front of him, I can't say I blame him.

On the plus side, he does look good running (did you see him drop that shoulder and truck the safety earlier?).

Any kind of screen should have been the obvious play there on 3rd and 33....

Hes definitely a nice athlete. BUt hes still really rough as a QB, which is to be expected to some degree.

And another Rutgers penalty saves us. Roughing the snapper on our punt. Rutgers is doing everything they can to help us out.

And we go for a ridiculously long field goal when we have a proven track record of bad kickers since 14. Gets blocked. Rutgers ball with good field pos. Field goals should not be an option for us unless we are within the 25.... should have punted or went for it.

FYI, that was a true frosh kicking too, as the starter stayed home with the flu.

I don't like that call at all. Kid is first time kicking, so give him a long one on the road?

Our defense has looked ok so far all things considered. Backside pursuit needs to take better angles though.

I wanna know what the injury to Griffin is. While LB is our deepest groups, he is a guy I wanted to make sure he was on the field as much as possible.
