The issues are that:
A) it would have been larger Saturday.
B) there are twice as many people here now as there were at kickoff because it’s a weeknight.
C) this place is going to be a ghost town after halftime because it’s a weeknight.

Shocked by the crowd. Awesome turnout for a Thursday game against a no name team.

I don’t believe it would have been larger Saturday. Football fans are jonesing for football. Saturday there will be a lot more options to get that fix.

Also, if it is a ghost town it will be more because of the score. If they were blowing out someone on a saturday night, it would be a ghost town as well.

im not there because its a weeknight. my daughter is not there because its a week night. multiply that by a lot of uab fans with kids and those that live out of town

There are Alabama,Auburn, A&M and plenty of fans from other teams here..
I am sitting with an Auburn and a Miles college fan. They would not have been here if the game was played on Saturday.

Well it appears there plenty of other people that took your place. I dare say many of them would not be there on Saturday because it is a Bama or Auburn game day.

agree with all...
my party of 3 would have been there if the game was this Saturday
also agree that the emptiness in the 2nd half will have more to do with the score than anything

Most of my guests canceled due to week night. I almost didn’t make it myself. Had someone cover for my. None of our youth team could come
Due to school night.

Crowd as I expected. Descent. Looks like more than we had for CC

I would be there +3 if it were on a Saturday. Tough to take 2 days off of work to make the trip up from Florida. But like Memphis said, it looks like plenty of people had no problem with it being on a Thursday.

Victory is getting through the game with no major injuries. So far so good, except for the golden girl who turned her ankle.

The ESPN+ feed is outstanding

SS may have been screwed on the KO return...returner called down, but i dont think he was

anybody else lose the ESPN+ feed?
