The main purpose of the cartel was to rank UCF team that was undefeated and is bringing back almost all of its offense, #21 and #23 which means that it is almost impossible for them to claw their way down, and because of this, a win against them will barely get us into the top 15 even if they are undefeated when we beat them. What a load of crap.
