Excellent work....He’s covering a lot of territory there...That’s hustle with an extreme motor....Definitely worthy of a fruitful NFL career!

If he was 2 inches taller he’d have been second round. And he looks like a second rounder in those plays. Good for genard-he’s a bad man!

That's excellent range/coverage showing that he is cerebral as well as has innate abilities......Will generate a nice check for him around year 4-5! Kudos to him and glad he was and remained a TIGER!!!!!

yep last year he could squat 600lbs, he will only get stronger and faster as he can dedicate more of his time and energy to football.

Last I checked he was #2 on depth chart. Still looking that way? I just can't bring myself to watch Cleveland football.

Good pickup for the Browns. Guy with only knock being size. That's the direction the league is going. He can cover well and has a nose for the ball. Go Avery! Keep working!

what makes guys like Urlacher and Luke Keuchly HOFers is their side to side speed and coverage ability, in addition to knocking the snot out of people

Was thinking the same thing. Was also thinking Urlacher, Keuchly, Ray Lewis were/are freaks of nature. Was thinking they are bigger.

Actually:
Genard Avery 6'1 250 lbs
Ray Lews 6'1 240 lbs
Urlacher 6'4 250 lbs
Kuechly 6'3 238 lbs

You might be missing out this season. I think they will be better than people think. Next season, they might actually get over the hump. They have a lot of talent, which is what happens when you are horrible for a couple of years then make good trades and pretty solid draft picks.

I heard that GA is actually a starter of sorts. They have multiple looks that find him on the field for a ton of snaps. Good for him!
