I am going to post my grading of the game later, but to put in a nutshell Rice kicked our a$$. We were unable to run, or pass on their defense and Kolb waited a year to play his first game like he is a true freshman.

What did you expect? It was Okla freakin homa!!!

Our boys played hard and did not quit. I feel much better about our team after this performance than I did after Rice. Not that it would have made a difference, but the officiating was horrible holding, illegal blocks in the back :bang: . It was like playing texas.

Yeah, right?

Guess we know where the old crooked SWC refs went... and it's the same place the old crooked SWC baseball umps went.

(And yes, I figure we'll see more of the same when Rice goes up to U$T in a couple weeks.)

You're right ...

It's not that we lost .. it was how we lost :crying:

I mean ok I didn't really think we'd win, but I was not expecting that :chair:

its 2004 "hammertime" should just be a bad memory like old bon jovi style hair(from the 80's) i was a frosh in college when hammertime was the rage, it was terrible and then we got very soon after that "im too sexy for my shirt" the early 90's really sucked at times :bang:

but if you like doing the hammer go right ahead, but you gotta wear the oversized genie pants 03-wink
