Government employees are the ones who encourage illegals to sign up to vote. Most of the time they don't know about it, apparently. At the county clerks office in Orange County, there is a box on the application you check whether you are US citizen and eligible to vote, if that box is left blank, a county clerk employee will automatically check it.

Put them in jail and deport the illegals.
