The highest ranking non-P5 Champion automatically earns a spot to a New Years Bowl. Getting into the Playoff may be impossible, but getting to a big bowl is not. We could be 9-4, as long as we win CUSA, if we're the highest ranked non-P5 champion, we're in.

Answer this question...what are our chances in your minds of us going to a big bowl with one to four losses as you bring up?...My answer would be less than 1%...and what are the chances of us beating a top ten team at their home field with their refs playing all on the road? What are the chances of us remaining exactly where we are in today’s football senario playing these games...I will say 99.9%.

Well, your are right about one thing...It will be a big loss to Auburn. Yes, our administration has done this to us for many years now...All of my days of being a fan.

Because it’s the beginning of August and the season hasn’t started. This is the best time of the year because I can stand in my shower in the morning daydreaming about us pulling out a miracle win vs Auburn, knowing good and well it’s going to be a 48-6 type game.

The history of the playoff committee to this point says our chances of going to a big bowl with only 1 loss to Auburn are pretty damned good being that HALF the teams who have earned said bid HAVE ACTUALLY HAD ONE LOSS. You can “say” whatever the fudge you want, but it doesn’t change reality.

Again, maybe we’d be a bit farther along in this whole football thing if we had more fans with some modicum of functional intelligence.

they're simply bigger, faster, stronger, AND with a full compliment of schollys....

at some point, you have to recognize the reality of such.....

Just wanted to remind you how SECheat refs treat their own. You think they will ‘keep it fair’ against any one of us nobodies?

there's no question we got hosed in a handful of games over the years.....I admitted such in my original post.....

it doesn't change the premise where we exist in today's version....replay holds their feet to the fire more these days.....we're simply not as big, strong, and fast as they are at the top.....and AUB is going to be bad-ass this year.....

Sometime the ignorance is very loud on here...How many of those teams made it to those bowls by playing a whore game on the road to a top ten team? In the SEC?
