But does Ferris Have wrestling and swimming? According to a HS coach I've heard about if you don't have those sports then you're a bad school.

This is the coach I told you to keep an eye on: 1) He has coaching experience, 2) He knows the recruiting grounds, 3) he's very successful!!!!

Dear Friends,
Watched the game, and congratulations to Ferris, but the beard on the coach has to go.

Luckey my eyes are on the guy already. Rhode Island just opened up and it's much closer to our head coach's permanent residence. Who knows what could happen?

I don't think Murphy's record is good enough for RI.

I bet Ferris State's Coach ends up at UofD. Very ironic that UofD fired Alexander after D2 National Championship game. If UDm is smart, they will hire this guy who recruit the inner cities well, is very successful and has major upside. It's too bad that timing is going to make us miss out in him.

I never thought Alexander was hot stuff.

Remember what I taught you guys about the formula to hire a coach: 1) Must have successful head coaching experience, 2) Must have local recruiting ties, 3) play an exciting brand of basketball.

Ferris State Coach will be successful if he stays local where he's established recruiting connections.

Big Rapids and Detroit have what in common? Fife had some success as a D1 head coach

I actually watched a little of the game and it really struck me how the level of play is so far below the level of MAC play. OMG, it was similar to women's basketball, way below the rim. Marcus Kennedy must have tore that s*** up back in the day!!!

Or at least hire his beard. Dude looks like the hipster who makes lattes at the local Starbucks.

The MAC has a couple of quality teams in it for sure.

Marcus Kennedy was MVP of the GLIC his Jr year and I believe 1st team all MAC his senior year at EMU. He tore up the MAC too. He would have been an NBA player if he were 6'9 vs 6'6"
