In those 6 years, she has also made 4 NCAA Tournament appearances, 2 NIT appearances, 4 conference tournament championships, and 2 regular season championships. Wow, it looks like we're getting a good one here.

No reason for the woman's basketball program not to be better than it has been. This seems like a really smart hire if it happens.

The conference realignment deck was stacked against him, but Bohn has really been doing well with coaching hires since he came in. Fickell seems to be moving things in the right direction with recruitment, Mandy Disalle has turned back the clock on our Swimming and Diving programs, Googins was a very big pull for baseball, and now us taking a coach with the resume that Heard has for womens basketball.

Hey, they're 6-3 so far this year! But we all know that was simply added as a Title IX buffer...the department probably doesn't care one way or the other about the Women's Lacrosse program since it's such a small sport nationally (on the women's side).

I like it. WKU is traditionally a very strong women's program, but they had been pretty mediocre the 4 seasons leading up to her arrival. She's also been on the bench as an assistant for a Final Four run and has a reputation as a strong recruiter.

Whoa, everyone... Let's settle down and reserve judgement until we've heard from the folks at UConn.
