Donation levels for basketball tickets
For club and lower level seating. Does anybody know where that information is? The official ticket site asks you to call. A little more info would be helpful.

This is for 17-18, are they staying the same?
That's what I was told.
Note, too, the extra 1 cent price for upper level--so it's up to date.

Hold on, based on this is the entire club level $525 when it used to be $1050? I dropped my seats last year, but I told them I would keep them if they cut the donation in half and they weren't interested in doing that. When did they drop it?

No. multiple levels of donation in club depending on the section and the row:
- $525
- $775

If they were smart, they'd double the ticket prices right now.

That would just keep people from buying 4 vs. 2, or adding a couple more to their existing ones.

Double the price and you only have to sell half as many.

They also needs crowd numbers/butts in seats boosted. Better for people to bump the number they have.
At any rate, the levels are the same this time - I figure next year we'll see a bump for TSF tied in with FB and BB.

I get it. Just messing with you, a bit.
Guess I'm still a little irked as to where all this Memphis basketball love has been over the past few years. My whole notion that Memphians will support their Tigers, win, lose, or draw has been irreparably shattered.

If anything, I'm a little heartened that the fans spoke up and said enough was enough. Blind support would have led to no massive drop in donations, and year 3 of Tubby.

You have been thinking rationally the whole time you wanted to keep Tubby and blasted those that wanted him gone, and you are keeping up your stellar work by suggesting that the admin gouge fans which will lead to less tickets sold .
At least you are consistent.

I know that I am in the VAST minority, perhaps because I'm an out of towner that doesn't see the day-to-day happenings in Mempho, but year 3 of Tubby wouldn't have hurt my feelings. I kinda thought he was on the upswing, with 21 wins and getting a commitment from that 4-star guard. Plus, a clean program.
Oh well...it's over now. Long live Penny and I sure hope that I'm wrong about him being a head coach and that Memphis doesn't turn on him. That would sure be ugly...

This guy about to show he’s a decisive prick no matter the subject. It’s littered in nearly every thread on this site, every day, he can’t stop. At least stumpy stammy is consistent.
