So does Wichita go after Harris now or someone else. Or does Memphis think they will get Harris too? Would love to see Memphis pull Shaq’s son. Him and Lomax would be a nice haul.

Offered Akinjo, former UConn commit already. I imagine at this stage we just offer everyone and see what sticks. Can’t be picky, especially since we won’t know what happens with Landry for a while.

That was really classy of Marshall, much respect. Lomax is a baller, so I know it is a tough loss, but he did the right thing and WSU will get a good replacement.

Harris might be coming to Memphis, too. But he could also go elsewhere now. Lomax and Penny have a unique bond.

But somebody at Wichita mentioned they were pursuing a couple of other PGs now.

I will root for them to get a good replacement, and bounce back next year. I never stopped, although I do like to give them a hard time (all in good fun on most occasions lol). No one likes to lose a big recruit, hopefully our fans don't rub it in and realize this could've gone down completely different. Like I said, much respect, and good luck Shockers.

Yea, smart on Marshall's part. You are in a no-win situation by fighting it.

Mad respect for Gregg Marshall.

Marshalls mentality has always been that no one player is bigger than the program. Guess he sticks by his word.

Not sure what he could have done. Create a toxic situation? You aren’t going to waste a scholarship on a player that isn’t going to play for you.
