Supreme Court won't block PA court's maps
Not really a surprise. This seemed like one they would let play out in Pennsylvania. Supreme court doesn't block the maps. Dems got a favorable court and a favorable map-maker to gerrymander Pennsylvania in their favor despite a Republican legislature. Dangerous territory the lower court is taking.

By favorable I assume you mean honest. Even a con leaning supreme court couldn't touch this one.

I'm sure this is just the beginning of undoing all the gerrymandered districts through out the country.
This along with a divided republican party and a historically unpopular prez will sweep Dems back into power.

It was gerrymandered to GOP, now its gerrymandered towards Dems.

It is what it is.

Dishonest, because they gerrymandered and claimed it was fair.

The Supreme Court may well overturn it. But on something like this, they are likely to let the lower courts make their final decision before ruling. In the meantime, they will deal with cases that are before them that can decide the issues.

The Courts have no business getting into this.

Their bar before they jump in is too low.
