If Penny can learn to coach, motivate, recruit and lead players and staff half as well as he played the game, our program will be fine and he could evolve into one of the best head coaches in the country.

The key to Penny's overall success is the coaches he hires to help him, and he knows that. That is more than Pastner knew. We are in good hands with Penny. I am renewing my bb tickets for the first time in years. It feels good.
