Yeah, I agree, but the unfortunate thing is that those are fans on a message board and the whole fanbase gets tagged like that. But unless you know some WSU fans personally, that's all you've got to go on. I know that some of those Wichita fans have been banned from WSU boards, so they swarmed the AAC board.

For example, as soon as WSU joined up, there was a poster that said 1) no one in the AAC had seen a coach like Greg Marshall (schools in the AAC have had Calipari, Huggins, Cronin, Calhoun, Larry Brown, etc), and 2) no one in the AAC has seen a more passionate home court than Wichita's Koch arena. Ho hum.

If you want to converse with some rational WSU fans, try shockernet.

Sorry that one of the Tigers' conference mates lost, but if it had to be a team in the first round, better Wichita than Houston or Cincy.

Hopefully the Herd makes a good run. After Cincy, Houston, and now UMBC, I'm pulling for them.

And to address cotton1991, I don't think anyone is judging an entire fan base... I think 24 meant relative to the board... and he's right...WSU seems to have an abundance of foolios compared with the rest of the AAC posters.

why do you care how other fans act? plenty of marshall fans suck, same with north texas, odu, utsa, usm, mtsu, wky, etc....it doesn't matter dude...relax and enjoy life..don't see what fans of other teams say can impact your life

The more so-called power teams underestimate "mid-majors" and the like, the more upsets we will get. CUSA's top teams are just as good as the top teams in most so-called "major" conferences.

If it wasn't for their Kansas transfer Conner Francamp, Marshall would have blown them out. That kid had 27 points and was 6-10 on 3s. The rest of the team was 2-18. And the 2 others was by Darral Willis, So the rest of the team was 0-16.

Damn we came so close to having a Marshall fan be nice to us. Oh well. Keep making us proud Herd. I'm sorry if we ODU people are the WSU of the conference, that would make me very sad. We will reign supreme with "look at me" posts though
