Sorry didn't want to create a new thread regarding NCAA discussion, but I think this should be discussed in a separate thread as D'Antoni and Marshall deserve it. We should from now on focus on Marshall as our main Rivalry rather than MTSU who is beating our a$$ or Charlotte who's a$$ is being beaten by us. I think we have a bright future with Marshall.

Basically said "CUSA is the most underrated league in the country. We have great teams like Middle Tennessee, WKU, UTSA and Old Dominion" Nice that he gave us a shout out.

He said all 5 CUSA teams in all tournaments won their first game. Asked how do you leave a 25-7 ODU team out of the tournament. Says ODU hardened Marshall and prepared them for this game.

The top teams in the conference can play with anyone in the nation. It’s a shame that it’s set up for only one team to be on the big stage every season.

Well then Old Dominion isn't a top team because we fold whenever a good team challenges us.

Yes Marshall is good. Our win a couple weeks ago on the road was a great,hard fought win against a good team. They sure looked the part yesterday.

+1 thanks for posting. D'antoni hit the nail on the head. Let the NCAA keep disrespecting our conference - and we’ll keep counting our scalps.

Would love to hear any points of view that CAA is a better bball conference than CUSA. Or can we finally put that debate to rest? Conference RPI is clearly not a reliable indicator when it comes to March.
