Pulling for Mississippi State to beat Baylor (entirely possible) in which case we'd have a home game with a win.

Hope the MT players don’t get too down over the coach leaving, there’s nothing they can do about that and they can’t get this opportunity back if they blow it. Ho-e they are focused and ready to spank U of Smell

Exactly. Nothing to lose, at all, except your coach! Do it for Kermit!

Is Kermit going to finish this season with MTSU or did he leave middle of the NIT?

He's going to finish.

We'll either win it to keep Kermit here a little longer, or get blown out.

If we host another home game, I think the Glass House will be a'rockin'.

Whip some ass tomorrow. We need Marshall to win............ badly.

Here’s hoping you beat the crap out of Louieville. Give them a terrible ending to what has to be a nightmare season in the Derby City. I don’t care who’s coaching them or how down they are. You snatch a win over Louieville and it’s a good one for the program. Have fun up there amigo. I’ve never been but have heard the Yum Center is a really nice place.

I fear this will be the unremarkable(8-12 point loss), if not ugly(blowout) end of Kermit's run.

Regardless of what happens, I'll never begrudge him, but it will sting a whole lot less if we get this hire right, proving me wrong and putting a NIT championship banner in the rafters wouldn't hurt.

When I looked at the NIT bracket this was the only potential match up I actually wanted to watch. I'll be pulling hard for MTSU! Beat the brakes off Adidas U!!!

The team that beat Western twice can handle this year's scandal fatigued Cards. I hope the Kermit distraction doesn't prevent that team from showing up. Its gotta be difficult, but the real Middle needs to TCOB

Considering Louisville's players voted to not accept an NIT bid but the administration did anyways and considering how the players clearly didn't care about the NKU game there's a very good chance Middle will win.

Hope you’re right! Need this win badly... if we win, could get a home game vs Mississippi State that would theoretically be close to or completely sold out.

Not looking forward to the damn potholes north of Nashville, though 04-cheers

I've been to the Yum Center once, when our ladies got their arses whipped by the Cards in the first round of the Dance. Very, very nice. That place is oozing with dinero.

HOPEFULLY, this is gonna be an awesome day of CUSA basketball ball.

From the people I've talked to who are Louisville fans, they're mentally checked out. So I think you could have a shot if both the players (as reported) and fan base are not in it.

Middle is fully capable, and I'll be pulling for you all!

Don’t worry amigo. Those potholes end when you hit the Kentucky state line! Think of me when you hit those luxury lanes and set the old cruise control to 78. That’s where I keep it. You can usually do that in the middle lane occasionally having to move left to get around some peepaw with Sumner or Rutherford county plates heading north.

Don’t forget to turn on Waze and watch for the Ky troopers. I never start a road trip without firing up Waze. I was on it long before the Google bought it out. It’s a battery and data hog but I love it on a road trip. By the way, my little tadpole on Waze wears a crown. Of course.

Have a great trip and bring home another CUSA P5 scalp. We’ll try to do the same in Cali tomorrow night. Not sure if we can. Our boys haven’t been quite the road warriors Middle was this year. You guys win and I will visit a Cards message board to see the crying. But actually right now those folks are dreaming up who their new coach will be. Some of them think they call pull Billy D away from OKC. If they do that it’s a home run. Hell, it’s a grand slam. Part of me would like to see that just to see the Big Boo Nation go apoplectic.

Mississippi State gets a 3 at the buzzer to win 78-77 at Baylor. Home game now up for grabs.

Also the second NCAA first 4 out team to lose at home in the second round of the NIT. Not helping the NCAA committee's legacy for 2018.
