Handed MTSU their first tourney loss in 3 year. That team played out of their minds tonight. Like Doc or hate him, he had this team ready to play this evening.

Me too, just off the facts that MT had the day off yesterday and hit the big 3 to force OT. Our guys showed some serious sack. Many huge plays were made in OT.

You ain't lying. As I said earlier, like him or despise him, he had this team ready to play their guts out this evening.

There was a nice little minute-and-a-half-long game recap on the 9 p.m. SportsCenter which led into a discussion of what this game did to MT’s NCAA Tournament hopes.

Marsha may crush us in less than 12 hrs......however, that was one helluva game by both players and corches....

dude, I'm on record saying I believe he made a long term business decision mistake....I still think he'd be making 2/3x as much as a major CF head coach right now if he would have stayed one more year....he was gonski no matter what....

there's a difference between business and fanatical emotional ties....

he chose the current dollar vs. the future potential....pretty dayum tough to turn down 2m/yr.....that's a pretty good chunk o' coin.....

that's a major problem within too many in our fan base.....they don't understand the difference....

Agree, stink. Monken resurrected our program. Very few coaches would have been able to do what he did.
