Congrats to Smith for his catch and helping my favorite team to victory, but I think Brees is ahead of him in the HOF line.

I think the point was that the ball Smith caught is going to the HOF and I'm sure his name will be mentioned in the plaque about the record breaking catch.

TreQuan Smith's name will forever be in the HOF as the receiver who caught Brees record setting pass. That is just incredible that your first catch gets you linked to HOF record setting QB like Brees.
