I'm just saying the real WKU team doesn't play like this on a regular basis.

Like I said, I've seen this scenario in games played by other teams. The team ahead gets uncharacteristically hot and everything falls in and the opposing team just gets worse and worse as the game goes on.

Did you just hear the Stadium announcer? He just warned WKU not to get cocky because ODU just played poorly.

One of the curiosities for me this season is how you guys managed to beat Purdue and to play Nova close.

That was just an old-fashioned ass-whooping. Western had all the momentum the whole game and beat us on both sides of the court. Western probably has the most talented starting 5 in the conference. Congrats to the Hilltoppers fans!

We're not getting good shots because their guards are pushing out on us dating us to drive to the basket and when we do Johnson and Coleby are contesting at the rim. They broke up our passes and blocked our shots. They played excellent defense.

Yeah, your d was very very good tonight. We looked shell shocked our the gate. That's been a pattern with Jones that's pretty consistent at this point. We come out for these big games and it looks unprepared or lacking energy. Maybe it was the Marshall game? But it happens too often when we play teams we're supposed to lose to.

I'm not the only one who saw the game for what it's worth. In the closing comments, the stadium color commentator pretty much told WKU not to take too much from this game as ODU played very poorly and WKU just shot uncharacteristically well.
