Because he's actively rooting against a fellow American because she had a negative opinion of Trump.
Since when does dissing the president = disrespect for our country?

wow.....I didn't expect such boldness from the BE.....
how about this.....why should I give two fk's what some prima donna athlete thinks relative to fundamental economics.....and I don't care if it's black/white/dick/vajina
I drive the stake to the crux......
so, if you choose the socialist path to salvation vs. the earning path, then simply say it or let it go....
regardless, I don't give two fk'n goddammed shites what some pretty face has to say that plausibly can impact policy due to brainwashed numbers.....
enjoy your raw lil weenie world.......should work out well for you wimps moving forward.....
this is the fight where I'll see the 10 count before quitting.....

If in 2010 she said the same thing about Obama, you'd be her biggest fan. So, let's not act like the mad tweeter is a deity.

Bronze in her best event, where she was favored to win gold. Sad.

Your side started it back in 2009 when anyone who disagreed with Obama was a racist.
Like this:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/con...03567.html
Quote: Rep. David Scott (D-Ga.), who received hate mail from constituents during Congress's August break, said Wilson had just returned from the rowdy town hall forums at which the most heated accusations were leveled at Obama.
"I think he was caught up in a moment. The issue is: Would he have done that if the president were white?" Scott said, adding that few Republicans opposed the "level of rhetoric" against Obama in August. "We've got to realize racism is playing a role here. I'm hopeful that this will be a wake-up call for us to get it off the table."
BTW, Joe Wilson was right to say Obama was lying because as we later saw he was.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/...ident.html
Quote:But from the very beginning, Obama’s ascendance produced a huge backlash that was undeniably racist in nature, tied to what he has described euphemistically as his “unique demographic.”

RE: Lindsey Vonn
Vonn tied for 6th in the Super G, won a bronze in the Downhill, and easily led the Combined after the Downhill (by like a second over 2nd place), but crashed in the slalom part probably because she was going so hard for another medal even though she's absolutely more of a downhill racer than a slalom expert. I think I also read her skis burnt out because she was going so fast in downhill so the equipment failure is probably what cost her another gold?
She became the oldest female skier ever to win an Olympic medal. And some of you think she choked? When I read comments like that, it makes me feel better about you guys criticizing me because I realize that if you think she's a failure, I know that the people who believe that are utterly clueless.
What does that make the 200 or so Americans who won't medal in South Korea? Or the 320 million who didn't make it to the Winter Olympics?
“I stand strong, and I am proud of what I represent and who I am,” she said after her bronze in the downhill. “And I’m very proud to hold the American flag on the podium. All Americans deserve to hold the flag and to be proud of their country, no matter their beliefs because that’s what makes America great."
“So I’m not beaten. I’m standing on the podium, and to me I feel like I won a gold medal.”
The only valid criticism of her is that she and Mikaela Shiffrin (the only other American - male or female - to medal in alpine skiing) are skipping the team competition which is the final medal event of the Olympics, in order to get back on the World Cup circuit. At 33, Vonn's Olympic career is now over and it would have been nice to see her race one final time. But she probably realized her teammates weren't good enough to get to the podium? If USA does finish 4th or 5th though, then I think her skipping the event is a valid point of contention.

Favored by the journalist that like to write an easy story about her. If you look at her track record at the Olympics she hasn't won many medals compared to world championships. Skiing is a young persons game and she isn't a spring chicken anymore.
She's like a 30 year old running back in the NFL
USA doesn't do well in may winter sports except the stoner sports.

Free speech is maybe the most cherished right of all in this country yet when an athlete representing the US uses it (answering a direct question) quite respectfully, but happens to disagree with you guys, you actively root against her?
So bitter.

I do support the 2nd Amendment. In fact I've been admonished by conservatives on this board for saying ex-cons should be given 2A rights back after serving their time, so I guess I'm too big of a supporter of it.
