Yep, we hear the same thing every year, EMU is on the rise, EMU is improving, EMU will be better, and yet every year the stands are empty.
EMU is still under .500 the last 2 years. However, they were 7-41 the previous 4 seasons.
To say they aren't improving is wrong.

Yep, but it's not very hard to show "improvement" when you barely win 2 games every year.
