And, using May 22nd, 2107, so exactly 9 months, UBNT is still up 13% as of yesterday's close. And the S&P 500 is up 14.2%. So your statement is inaccurate.

Bigger point is how this could impact Pera's choice to retain majority control after Kaplan/Strauss make their buy-sell bid. And we can be pretty sure the league will be looking at this too. Rumors of possible creative accounting at Ubiquiti have been around for a while.

I was taking it from the low of 45.71 on May 8th, 2017. From May 8th to at this moment(57.225) it is up 25.2%. From that same date, the S&P 500 is up 13.9%.

Yep. Media has reported that the Kaplan/Strauss group has made a bid. So they either cash out at probably 3 times what they invested, or Pera says no and they buy Pera out.

Too bad a local owner could not have realized what a relative bargain the Grizz were in 2012 when Pera bought the team.

FYI, Mark King at GBB interviewed a guy from Market Watch about Pera. The article is up now. Mainly questioning whether Pera can get the capital to match the buy-sell offer without selling a lot of Ubiquiti shares, which Pera doesn't want to do.

Would post the link, but not sure if that's a violations since GBB could be seen as a competing site.
