Maybe "venerable," but how about "beautiful?" Or, "the home of the Owls, Reckling Park."

We like to throw around absurd adjectives for fun. Somehow Rice Stadium became HRS and now Reckling is deemed Venerable.

Dunno. I consider Reckling a nice place to watch a baseball game. It doesn't need more fluff than that

Definitely never happened. It has only had a decade as TF during which times we had some outperforming stalwarts of the basketball trade such as Ben Braun and Greg Williams.

If we also count Autry.. then I'm not sure. For a true WTF we would need MBB, WBB and Volleyball right?

Speaking of WTF - a few of my friends who were track runners managed to get the athletics department to print team shirts that said

We all found it amusing.

It’s interesting the story didn’t include a quote from the legendary Head Coach that made the program. That seems telling.
