Not according to Baylor:
"Baylor University takes any allegation of sexual assault seriously," Lori Fogleman, assistant vice president for media communications.

Yeah, we'll see. I'm a firm believer in innocent until proven guilty, but with what Baylor has been through, they should have a code of conduct that allows them to be kicked out. Baylor shouldn't have a spot for an athlete that so much as jaywalks.

To be real they should have just shut down the program for a couple years. I know they never would with the money and pride involved but so many programs truly could have done with such a measure. Penn State, Baylor, UNC and possibly now Michigan State too. Some things are more important than athletics.

Coaches can't really control every aspect of his players to the extent something like this doesn't happen. How he can differentiate and prove he is changing things there is how this is responded to.

Everyone always assumes the horses were victims. I saw an article in whicn they were questioned before this story broke and asked by officials if they were unwilling participants in these acts, to which all of them replied "neigh"

Baylor football coach Matt Rhule confirmed to KCEN-TV in Waco, Texas, that at least two players have been “separated” from the team after an investigation was launched into sexual assault allegations made against them in November.
