It’s not ranked competition, but UTA beat Canisius and Jacksonville while losing to North Florida. Now 6-3 on the year. Will play Jacksonville again today.

What is this softball of which you speak?

Hoping we add softball as a scholarship sport soon. It will probably draw as well or better than baseball.

It'd take well over 10 million to be able to add softball and renovate baseball.

I'm just not sure there's enough interested fans to invest that kind of money in two non revenue sports.

I was wrong here. She had 71, now has 91, after this morning's game.
