Awesome! I did some digging to figure out which trophies we're currently holding:

Mens Indoor Track
Womens Indoor Track
Mens Cross Country MAC Champions
Womens Cross Country MAC Champions
Mens Swimming and Diving MAC Champions (2017 - 2018 match starts Wednesday)
Womens Gymnastics MAC Champions (2017)

Also it's not a championship, but we beat MSU in wrestling last week.
