What's the quickest way
To get out of the mess? UM on the hook for 9MM to Tubby...

To turn it around you two things to happen
1. Reconnect with Fans
2. Recruiting that will lift talent pool (Quickly)

THE ONLY ANSWER IS PENNY....

If some reason Penny doesn't want it...Call Steve Forbes! He has a talent for recognizing talent.

Also, I would like Bowen to be fired as well...I know many like him...but Gary Parrish should've been a off the record consultant because of his connectedness to College Basketball and history covering the program not to mention a alum.

Bowen and whoever was on the committee made a bad hire in Tubby. Who would have known Tubby was just taking us for a ride? Bowen doesn't need to be fired, he needs to fix this. If we stretch Tubby's checks out over 6 years (assuming we can't negotiate some of it away for zero work) that gives us 1.5 mil to pay a new coach with while not actually spending an extra dime for 3 years. I think the increased revenue from an excited fan base would more than make up the difference over 6 years.

Just do it.
