Coastal beats Radford. Go 2-1 on the weekend and 3-1 on the week

Apps losing 13-3 entering the 8th after giving up 7 in the 5th and things going downhill from there. Blowing that earlier game really messed with our mojo and the brawl didn't help things.

Bobcats win their completion game with SFA, then take game 3 to sweep the series. Rice is up next.

Troy beat Tennessee Tech 13-12 today.

The 7th inning lasted one hour and ten minutes, and saw 14 combined runs scored.

ULM takes game 3 against Southern Illinois and sweeps the series to go 9-2. Only won 12 games all of last year. Good start so far. Have Louisiana Tech Wednesday at home.

Thing is, you guys have played like one decent opponent, so its really hard to say how good you are. It's not exactly unexpected to beat up on Northern Kentucky, Southern Illinois, and Eastern Illinois

We probably won't know anything about ULM till you head to Mobile in 2 weeks

GSU swept Eastern Illinois 7-2, 8-2, 6-5 (12 innings). Record 7-3

At least we are winning. We would have lost these last year. Was a good idea to have an easy schedule early for this new coach, may gain some confidence.

Considering where you've been, I don't disagree with it at all. I was just pointing out that we'll really not know anything about you guys for a while.

Tech will be an interesting midweek test though.

Cajuns finish the weekend in Houston 1-2, with losses to #2 MissST 3-1 in the ninth and getting beat up by #5 Kentucky 10-4, but winning 3-0 against #12 Vanderbilt.

This was far from a brawl. The benches cleared and two players were ejected, one on each side, but punches were not thrown that I saw.
