At one point I did some math. I think Connor has a chance to set the career 3 pt % for division I. Can anyone validate that?

I have no idea if the following chart represents an official NCAA standard for career 3 point percentage, but it shows leaders with 200 or more made 3's. Right now, Connor is 164/323, or .5077. This would be the all time record if he had 36 more made 3's. This seems out of reach at this point.

Dang - I missed the 200 requirement. Yeah, he’d need quite the tear to do that.

It is unlikely but possible. He only needs 4 per game then with the 9 we still have left to play.

Here’s hoping Connor throws in 4+, 3’s/game from here on out.

I liked the game where he went 10 out of 12 from three point land.

3 of those in the tournament and I guaranty he sets the record and the Tribe goes dancing!04-cheers

Since we have 4 regular season games left and 3 games to win the CAA tourney, why stop at 9 games!

For Conner to get to 200 career 3 pointers then he needs 36 more. If he does have 36 more 3 pointers over 9 games, then we have chance with this TEAM to go beyond 9 games...nice dream to visualize....

Roosevelt Moore, who's first on that list, isn't in the NCAA Record Book, which is at http://fs.ncaa.org/Docs/stats/m_basketba...018/D1.pdf and it lists 26 players for that, none of whom played in the CAA. The CAA requires 200 attempts, and lists its record as .487 by Brian Miller of George Mason. Burchfield's .508 will break the CAA record unless he gets much worse. If he missed his next 13 he would still be ahead of Miller. The top player on the CAA's list who qualifies by the NCAA's standard is .424 by UNC Wilmington's Brett Blizzard. Tony Bennett of Green Bay is the NCAA's leader at .497.

Burchfield, Gustys, and Chealey all have a chance to break CAA records, and your team free throw percentage will break the CAA record of .761 by a lot. You're at .800.

We're 343rd (out of 351) in Team Defensive Efficiency.
337th in points given up per game (83.2, for the curious)
Luckily we score a lot, as well, so our scoring margin is only 194th (-.9)
We're 348th in opponent FG%

FWIW, W&M is also #1 in adjusted FG %, which factors in points per field goal attempt
