This, I think, would work.

The entire staff that you suggested has a grand total of zero minutes experience of head-coaching on the Division I level. Do we really want to get into another experiment that could go south and this time it could cause hard feelings towards four of the favorite Tigers of all time. We need to get a proven winner even if he is proven at a smaller school.
