Name the former Blazers
Rob posted a pic and while I know a lot of the guys, I don't recognize a number of them.

Anyone want to try to name them all?

I don't know how to post the pic here so you have to go to Robs twitter.

And what is with KCs hair?

Some of the younger ones: Taylor Twins, Squeaky, Mo Finley, Rob williams, Rod Rucker.

Igor Nikolic, 7 footer played 97-01. Probably the second best 7 footer ever to play for UAB behind Ogg. Also registered a perfect 4.0 GPA in college and is apparently an all-American in beard growing.

Okay, I stand corrected on these names/faces, so please feel free to so.

So, from left to right I'll give it a shot:

The first one I do not recognize. After that, Elbert Rodgers, Steve Mitchell, Coach, James Ponder (in the black sweats??). Behind Ponder I don’t recognize.

Next: Twin #1, Frank Haywood, Rod, Squeaky, Jeremy Bearden, Twin #2, Chris Giles, Willie Chapman?, Odd haircut??, Rear with finger extended may be Aaron Johnson??? Igor Nikolic. Next to Igor w/his with arm on Mo I don’t recon.

Frank Holmes?? Mo Finley Barry Bearden, Tracy Foster. Guy holding baby??

Nope,,,Mo's shot in the UAB vs KY win wasnt in St Louis, Unfortunately, we drove home from Columbus the morning after the win against Washington, figuring we didnt stand a chance against KY. At least the amazing game ( thanks to Mo, the Taylor twins and other memorable plays by the rest of our guys ) was seen by my crew and the nation on TV.

I dont remember them calling out Elbert's name but you could be right. Man, that guy was a beast defensively and offensively, and only a 6'7" post man.

Yeah, Im still lamenting that choice. Ive only had the pleasure of seeing them win 2 NCAA games in person and have , unfortunatly, observed way more NIT/NCAA and other conference and preseason tourney losses on the road.

i went to a few road games that year, and we lost them all...i had a group of friends that made the trip to columbus, but i had to work and couldnt make the 1st game.

After the UW win, i called and said i was driving up...some of them replied "no you aren't. you're bad luck"--on the one hand, i wish i had gone. on the other, if i WAS bad luck that year, im glad i stayed home

Can we get a list of them all from left to right?

I cant believe I did not recognize Mo. Hard to miss.

And I think I see Archie Johnson but nobody mentioned him. Or is that someone else?

Curious why it was not publicized and open to the public too.

I'm not thrilled with KCs look at all.
Also wonder who the top scorers were.
