10 players.

8 scholarship, 2 walk ons.

We still have a shot, at the tournament 4 in 4.

I don't think we have a realistic shot of 4 wins in 4 days without Lavender and Smallwood, and an injured Perry. One game with foul trouble creates a disaster.

Oh i know, gimme a break. Just mad about how this whole season turned out. I was really expecting to see a top 75 UAB squad this season. Now it looks like this, could really use some 2014 magic.

Yeah i was thinking we could be top 75ish too this year. Lee being hurt and the inconsistent guard play has killed us.

But, certain posters did not believe me when I said it appeared he quit the team 2 months ago.

Smallwood is no big loss but I expected he would finish out the season.

Losing Lavender on the other hand, makes it very, very difficult to win 4 games in 4 days.

But, it is what it is. I did not expect either to be back next year.

And our chances at winning out are miniscule anyway.

8 players is plenty to beat any team on our schedule.

Perry should be able to play, no? And I dont think its public knowledge that he had surgery is it?

I know he tweeted it. But Id wager that the opposing team does not actively follow all our guys twitter.

What I mean by that is, I don't think the opposing teams primary concern will be hacking his off hand and risking an ejection and technical foul over it IF they even knew about it.

By public knowledge, I mean, I'm guessing it wont be noted in the betting lines as well known injuries are. (I don't gamble but I could bet against something crazy like UAB winning out. Yes, its possible. But its not reasonably likely)
