RE: Falcon Heavy Launch
Launching from the Cape.

This is their heavy lift rocket, basically 3 falcon 9's strapped together. The payload is a tesla roadster.

Its a test mission, and odds of the thing blowing up is somewhat good.

RE: Falcon Heavy Launch
Holy schit.

that was freaking amazing and those boosters touching down like that was straight from a sci-fi movie, only freaking real.

That was the coolest thing I've seen in a looooooong time.

And leave it to that freak Musk to send a freaking convertible Tesla with the top down to orbit "for the next billion years". lollol

Synchronous side-by-side landing. That was impressive.

yea, they lost the feed just prior to landing. Its probably ok, but if all they did was to lose a center core on landing, they are going to be thrilled. Everything else looked flawless.

There was a significant twitch in my pants when that happened. It hasn't gone down yet.

That honestly looked almost fake, as in computer generated. Like a choreographed dance.

Amazing.
