You will believe any lie told by the left. Gowdy specifically said the wiretapping wouldn't have happened without the dossier. That was on CBS. I guess that isn't as reliable as what you read on reddit or Facebook.

So what he said has nothing to do with Nunes's memo which was about spying on Carter Page.

None of that has anything to do with Nunes so what you said in the OP is a bald faced lie. Nunes never said this "cleared" Trump. He simply said that Carter Page would not have gotten those FISA court approved wiretaps without the Steele dossier. And Gowdy agreed with that assessment.

I can see where some have a hard time with reading compression or understanding clear speech. He clearly says there would be an investigation into RUSSIA. Not Trump. We do need to investigate what happened in the fullest however TG did NOT say there would be an investigation into some nefarious Trump collusion without the FAKE dossier.
