I can't read the article without subscribing to The Blah - and I'm not going to do that. What is this article about? I can imagine it will have to do with lost deductions for contributions to the University, but I'd be interested to see how the Blah spun this.

Typically, duh'blah a month or a year behind everyone else and it will appear on their website ten years from now as new news. Read over on Forbes.

Devil is always in the details, not the spin. More $ in your paycheck doesn’t mean you won’t be paying it back come tax time. If you really dissected that tax bill, you’ll see why many of us normal folks will be scratching our heads a year from now wondering why we didn’t get as big a “tax break” as we thought we were getting.

And sadly, many charitable organizations will suffer, because not everyone will still donate when they can’t write it off in any way.
