Florida Atlantic opens at home against one of our easier opponents. Hopefully, we can bring some momentum to the following road game against Florida.

I was listening to Berry do a radio interview earlier today ... didn't seem confident at all. Could be some classic TTTing this weekend on 4th Street.

You can't play games in mid-February in Huntington... What exactly is your issue?

Yep, the weather Saturday in Huntington: Low of 32 and High of 46 with snow/rain showers

Tallahassee? Low of 59 and high of 78 and mostly sunny.

No brainer.

Crazy thought, hear me out. What if Marshall played southern teams that'd be top 100 RPI early in the season then host a school like Florida A&M later in the year? Because when Marshall loses 2/3 down there, it's only going to hurt the rest of us.

Losing 3/3 to State isn't going to help anyone either.

4 game set at Pepperdine out to give us a little insight into what Tech baseball will be about this year. Pepperdine is a middle of the pack West Coast Conf team. I'd like to think we will at least go over and split if not get 3.

RE: Feb 16-18 baseball games
FAMU has finished top 150 the last two years including back to back winning seasons.

What if Marshall wins 2 of 3? If FAMU continues to play on the .500+ side then those two (or three road wins) will actually be pretty good. I don't think playing them (especially on the road) is going to hurt the league that much. We're going to play 300 or so non-conference games. These three aren't going to be detrimental to a league that was sixth in the nation last year.

USM has announced a rotation for this weekend: Sandlin on Friday, Powers on Saturday, and Keys on Sunday.

Not official yet, but would expect Powell on Tuesday.
