Kind of an interesting lawsuit - former TCU WR Kolby Listenbee is filing a lawsuit against TCU, its coaching and medical staff, and the Big 12 for not protecting its student-athletes. He claims TCU forced him to play 2 weeks after a pelvis injury and that has caused him to suffer numerous long-term medical injuries.
The lawsuit talks about his inability now to play in the NFL which I think is probably the wrong approach. But if he can prove his long-term medical issues are a direct result of TCU personnel forcing him to play against his wishes, then I think his suit could result in a significant payout.
