Good article. The AD has really botched this issue.

If by "botched" you mean "Parliament hasn't been informed," then yes it's been botched.

Who knows whether it has been botched or not, but it has certainly been handled unusually. Looking worse now that it has extended into the press, rather than just the occasional Parliament thread.

Having the coach on the last year of a contract isn't a positive thing. If he is retiring, I would have hoped they would let us know.

Now, if Coach wants to keep it quiet, that's fine and I respect that. But, I don't think it is a good decision in the best interests of the program.

He could be going year-to-year.

Using number of Owl Club donors as a proxy for Parliament readers, I'd say the Thresher still wins by a few thousand people.
