Connecticut Game time.
You know, sometimes I can just sense it. I know when a moment is bigger than basketball, sometimes bigger than life. And it seems like the Cincinnati game against Connecticut is one of those moments.

This is going to be a collision of titans, a clash of basketball powers that will shake the earth! I've heard people say that they're not sure that Cincinnati can beat Connecticut. People are worried. They fear the unknown..

Well I'm confident that Cincinnati is the greatest basketball team in the world, a team that has no peers and few true rivals that can match them. There's lots of good basketball teams that think they can challenge Cincinnati, but they're all just pretenders.

Connecticut is a pretender.

When Cincinnati plays Connecticut, it's going to be a beating. One that will serve notice to the entire world about just how good Cincinnati us. Connecticut is helpless. Connecticut is hopeless. Connecticut cannot beat Cincinnati.

This is going to be a moment we will all remember.

The road to the championship runs through Cincinnati. Cincinnati.

This is one year Uconn is not a pretender. I think they know exactly where they are and they're not happy about..............at all.

I thought a Duane post would be useful by giving me the UConn game time. I was wrong.

It will be weird playing UCONN without the huge 7 footer in the middle. It seems like he played for UCONN for at least 6-7 years. I think we'll see a repeat of the first beatdown that we put on them before the conf tournament last year.

I am counting on the Cats to come through. I will be at a Red Lobster with the in-laws during the game, and will watch the recording later in the afternoon.

I'm sorry that you have to miss the game, but mostly that you are missing it to go to Red Lobster.

You watch your mouth!! Those Cheddar Bay Biscuits are reason enough to miss out on that Trash that Olie throws on the court.

if bruce is back home, as he is often wont, in the land of corn and soy in the driving wind of cold and manure, the red lobster shines a beacon of haven, of respite, and all you can eat chowder. i would never admit to it. the only time i went to red lobster was to escort my buddy for a job interview while we were in high school. he was taking rips of grass from a pop can on the way. i forget who was driving

Is it possible that no one was driving because you were actually... flying?

I will be in Adrian, Michigan, where it is likely the Red Lobster is the classiest place in town.

And I've been jonesing for some cheddar bay biscuits and perhaps a little Lobsterfest action.

Watched the game recording. Defense was impressive while the offense was ... well ... sufficient. Probably would have been better if Broome wasn't so overexcited to be playing in front of his home people.

But of most importance, Red Lobster was very good. Had the Ultimate Feast (fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, lobster tail and crab legs on a bed of rice), and three cheddar bay biscuits, plus a nice time with the in-laws.

May go to the local bar tonight. They have an appetizer buffet. $9 if you eat like Tom Brady's wife. $12 if you each like a quarterback. $15 if you eat like an offensive lineman.

$9? For a water and a pack of saltines? You're getting ripped off, friend.
