24/7 Sports said Toledo has the #1 Recruiting Class in The MAC. Are they right? I hope so.

If we're talking basketball, "whoop, whoop." If we're talking football, I don't think it matters. Top three, our coaches will win the development battle. I think Toledo would have to work to get below top three. They'd have to sandbag the recruiting. The more important statistic is "top senior class" and I think we've had quite a few of those. Neither helps us get the program at the New Year's Day Bowl. Or apparently, even prepared for a Bowl.

Wait till next year. Hopefully another MACC and a Bowl win or a competitive against a P5. Miami some very nice icing.

Well, nice feather if so but in the long run, I don't think it emphasizes the really strong point of this staff, development. Not sure HOW far down the rankings they could be and still compete for MACC but 1-3, for sure. Probably even lower if the class was balanced.

Hoping it's #1 on DEFENSE.

As someone who follows recruiting about 6-8 hours a day, I would say yes.
