Luckey doesn't have a monopoly on such behavior. 03-lmfao

BTW, I'm waiting for Luckey to go over to the Kansas board and lobby for Self's firing.

And then come back here and lobby our AD to hire him. 03-lmfao

I'm hoping the next coach we hire is a Syracuse assistant who can implement an offense and keep our zone defense.

There are some good candidates.

I don't know if Autry is the heir apparent at 'Cuse.

Also Gerry McNamara is a good young promising asst coach. A bit young around age 35, I think. I believe he is a legend in Syracuse.

I was thinking that we should hire a middle school or high school coach who lives in the Detroit area and plays zone exclusively.

Isn't that what we already have?

Interesting

I can guarantee the next coach will not play exclusive zone. When you have a shooter who gets hot, if you're playing some zone you just might need to come out of it to shut his water off. Murphy never learned this lesson!

I would favor Gerry McNamara. Knows the zone. Was a very fine player at Syracuse. Solid shooter and scorer. Huge fan favorite. Might be able to really engage the EMU fan base.

I would find him an 'exciting' pick. Someone who could light a fire under the program.

Is he more exciting than his father? 03-lmfao

And, drum roll, McNamara, not Luckey, would teach FT shooting. McNamara is one of those college players who could make 90% of his FTs. 03-cloud9
